    "Awful! Stay away!"
    Awful hotel, the heating was clearly broken so the room was unbearably hot. There was a fan in the room which you had to use due to the faulty heating but that combined with the ventilation system was like sleeping in a factory. We didn't get any sleep at all. Following the stay I complained to Premier Inn and they couldn't be less interested. Absolutely ridiculous, just stay away.
    "Overnight stay on the way to France"
    The staff were very good and the rooms were nice and clean. They were very hot but a fantastic is supplied, if it had a/c in the rooms it would be 5 stars. The food in the pub is great and they catered very well for my daughter who is gluten free.

    Very handy for la shuttle comfy beds. Pub next door ok. But very mean with milk tea bags coffee etc. But the worst thing in this day and age 0.9 down load speed on WiFi. That's disgraceful.. Up your game Premier Inn,
    "Unbearably hot!"
    We stay in Premier Inns frequently but this was the worst we have encountered. The room temperature was around 27/8 all the time and the fan only helped if you were standing in front of it. As an older couple this is dangerous to health and it was impossible to sleep. This was September and not in the height of summer. I wouldn’t recommend it even though it was close to the Shuttle.
    "Tempature meant no sleep and ruined holiday"
    We've stayed in this hotel for years now when using the tunnel to france/disneyland paris. We've stayed on 31 Aug, same week we have for years and this time the hotel was extremely hot the children felt sick and none of us slept. We had sweat through the bedding, had to have showers at 2am and the hotel will not do anything about it. Even though we're long standing customers they will not refund the two rooms under their gaurentee. The hotel actually has air-conditioning now but there's no batteries in the thermostat and just a fan I have a chronic health condition abd my sister has seizure and the missed sleep severely affected our holiday. I no longer recommend or will be staying at this hotel chain
