Folkestone (Channel Tunnel) hotel

This hotel is great location for euro tunnel with under 5 minutes driver to the entrance. Also easy access to the town buses and trains. Staff at reception was really friendly and welcoming. There no bar at hotel but there is one cross the car park where you can get drinks and food and can take back to room. The room was big with comfortable beds and the room we had a shower what was powerfull and really nice. And wasn't noisy for a great night sleep. The room and entrance and reception was clean and they have just built a new prem plus rooms however we didn't stay in that part but be good for an extra add on before holidays. We paid 68 what I feel is good value for our stay and meet all our needs. Definitely would stay there again And say to stay in the area.

Old, tired decor, and needs attention to cleaning. Reception staff watched me struggle to get my check in QR code to work with no offer of help, didn't tell us where to get breakfast. Cups in the room were filthy, and the room was very dusty. The bathroom fan light was so noisy, we had to go to the loo in the dark, as to not switch the light fan on.

Stayed in one the premium rooms for 1 night and took advantage of the deal that includes 2 course meal with a drink and full breakfast. Excellent value for money. Room very comfortable with the additional bonus of Aircon that works a treat. Staff wonderful as always. Definitely recommend

Great location for Chunnel. Pleasant staff and great value for money. We were a large car club group (50+), so the evening meals were very slow arriving but that's understandable given the numbers.
