"It’s all about the people !"
It’s all about the people ! The team at the Faversham Premier Inn were first class Thomas And Jeff in particular were exemplary but to be fair the whole team were so nice Great engagement skills and well trained obviously but the way they came across was exceptional - friendly and helpful
"Great staff, great stay!"
Brilliant stay. Stayed here for two nights either side of a trip to Europe. The hotel is positioned well for Le Shuttle and is reasonably priced due to it's location. The hotel is very modern and the rooms are very clean and tidy. The rooms do not have opening windows and instead use an air con system to regulate the room temperature. Our first night we had issues due to my son being asthmatic. On our second night we asked for a fan and this was sent to our room immediately by the very helpful lady who served us at reception. We had a much better night's sleep and came down to a really good breakfast the next morning. This is definatley the best Premier Inn we have stayed at and will definatley stay here again. Thanks to all for a great stay.
"Good hotel"
Hotel was good, nice rooms and easy check in. For breakfast service Kelsa was amazing. They were clearly very understaffed and there was a wait for food. However she worked really hard and fast.

Great price and very friendly staff. Breakfast absalutly amazing. Room is nice and large. Bed is a little bit on the hard side though
"Does what it says in the tin - exceptional service"
Very impressed. Staff went over and above to help especially the young man with the rainbow lanyard ! Good location. Parking. Clean. Variety of Food options. Definitely one of my best experiences for this kind of hotel - thanks - highly recommend !

Our Premier Inn Faversham hotel is perfect for exploring Kent and getting to and from London. We’re one of the best places to stay in Faversham because we’re just a five-minute drive from Faversham train station, with regular direct trains to London St. Pancras and a journey time of around an hour. We’re also only a five-minute drive from high street shops along Faversham Town Centre and Faversham Market. Enjoy a peaceful stroll along the banks of nearby Stonebridge Pond or take a short drive to Oare Gunpowder Works Country Park and Oare Windmill. Whitstable Beach, Tankerton Beach and West Beach are only about a 15-minute drive from our hotel, ideal for family beach breaks in Kent or romantic long weekends.
