"Very quiet hotel."
Stayed at the Faversham Premier Inn for a week and it is so quiet, you cannot hear any traffic noise at all. The staff were very pleasant and efficient.
"An unexpected gem in the middle of nowhere !"
Tucked away, a short drive from the town centre, this hotel is fantastic. Close to the M2 this is a great place to stay on an overnight stop or for a few days to visit the local area, towns and attractions. On arrival the area is clean and tidy, with plenty of free parking. Despite arriving late in the evening we were greeted by the lovely Amelia and the star of this hotel Byron . Check in was simple and straight forward either all essential information passed on. The hotel itself is relatively new, and very clean and spacious. Our room, a standard double had everything we needed , and Byron and the housekeeping team sorted our need to borrow an iron swiftly. The food was excellent although we experienced some issues due to poor level of customer service, a blown fuse, and late delivery- all of which were swiftly resolved by Nikki the manager . Overall our stay was excellent and good value for money. Byron, will certainly go far with his personality and positive attitude towards guests having the best experience . No problem was too big or small for him to resolve and with the support of his manager he deserves to reap success .
"Be careful of ventilation issues"
Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was good. The hotel does not refresh the room daily unless requested. A big issue was room ventilation. The hotel apparently turns off AC during the night resulting in a room temp rise and lack of fresh air. We had a total of 9 rooms for our party and all complained about the middle of night change in comfort. Overall, good value.
"Very good standard"
One night stay here before moving on to holiday cottage, easy to find, fantastic welcome from Georgie who was really cheerful and helpful, a real credit to PI. Usual good standard of bed, room, shower etc, breakfast was as always good value and tasty. Nice easy walk into Faversham town and an Aldi next door if you needed anything
"Great place to stay"
Visited here on the hop festival Was served with a warm welcome and great service by Jeff the bartender and he did many other duties Would recommend this as a clean convenient place to stay in faversham
