"Place to stay near Dover ferry terminal"
Hotel room was as expected for a premiere inn, nice and big family room with all the facilities you need, fan was running in room on arrival and window was open so room was nice and comfortable, The guy on reception was very helpful advising on time to leave and directions to get into the ferry port, you exit the hotel car park onto a dual carriageway heading away from the port, but the guy gave us a great tip for the morning by turning into the retail park and then coming out onto the correct carriageway to get to the ferry terminal, quicker than going all the way to the next roundabout 👍
    "So hot"
Unbelievably hot. None of us could sleep because of the temperature of the room! No aircon available and the fan was rubbish it didn’t blow any air out hardly at all. Also had a herd of elephants staying above us, who were still stampeding at 1.30am, but that’s not the hotels fault. Managed to give the kids a bath then went to run myself one and the tap stopped working, not sure if there was a limiter or what but worked fine again when we left at 5.00am. Honestly, mainly it was the heat that made our stay unbearable, the rest was ok but the heat was awful they really need to sort some aircon or something.
    "Amazing location, nice and clean"
Amazing location and sea view from the room. Nice, clean room and new furnishings. Comfy bed. Decent service. Wish the parking was free - paid £5 for 2 nights (fee has since increased).
    "Hot hot hot!"
Very hot room, no AC just a fan doing a very poor job. Window you can barely open so it doesn’t make any difference at all and it wasn’t even that hot outside! (21 degrees) Barely slept all night because of the temperature in the room. Wouldn’t recommend at all until they have a working air conditioning system! If you don’t mind not sleeping well though it is well located, and breakfast was really good! And parking was cheap (£5 for 24hours)
    "Very Hot!!"
We stayed as a family in room 216, it's probably the worst night sleep we've ever had, mainly due to lack of air conditioning. It was so hot it was insufferable! You can only open one window by an inch so no air gets in, but had to close it anyway by the early hours the traffic from the main road was deafening. I did mention it when I checked out and appreciate there isn't anything the staff themselves can do. We did have a fan but eventually it just circulates warm air. I understand you can't have a window that can open wide due to health and safety, in which case air conditioning should be provided.
