    "Attention required!"
    The reception person was very helpful but had way too many things to deal with… Dover Premier Inn is a very busy place… more staff needed! I stay here at least once a week… Again, I needed to be moved from my room because I found it hadn’t been cleaned! The rooms need a complete refresh! The restaurant staff as always are very attentive but way too busy! ‘Short staffing’ has always been an issue here… I’ve stayed in most Premier Inn’s across the UK and this is average… the rooms are desperate for attention…

    The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. We are a neurodivergent family and there's issues that we encounter that can be quite awkward. The staff couldn't have done anymore to make us comfortable and feel safe. The person behind the bar changed our £2 coin for the toy machine from his own change in his pocket. Our waitress went completely above and beyond to me sure we all left fed and happy. Thank you, experiences like this are rate. My son wants to come here for his birthday and said, give them a 100 stars.

    If we visit Great Britain and if it possible we stay at Premier Inn. It is always the same, value for your money and a good night sleep.
    "A criminal with ankle tags casing the joint and shower didn’t work"
    My shower didn’t work and Premier Inn didn’t reply to my complaint email. Check in extremely difficult due to them not answering the phone despite advertising a 24 hour reception. A criminal with two ankle tags came in off the street and wandered around the hotel unchecked by staff as if it were a usual occurrence

    Excellent such friendly and helpful staff. The table table restaurant is lovely also. Willing to go the extra mile to help.
