    "Great stay"
Staff were polite and helpful, room was clean and we enjoyed the small treat left in our room it was a lovely touch will stay again
"Hour wait for breakfast and understaffed"
Advised to book breakfast, did so for 9:30. Arrived at breakfast to find out it had been booked wrongly, time and number of people - same for the family behind us. One very stressed lady and a chef running a full restaurant, very very understaffed (not short-staffed) this is what management said was suitable. So, an hr wait for hot food, almost no pastries, plates, juices as lady running round doing everything on her own. Unlimited breakfast not possible due to wait, luckily not catching the ferry that day or would have left with nothing after the hour. Given it was full, at >£120 a room, it is poor to understaff like this.
    "hotel very acceptable"
Fantastic stay great location close to dover but away from the hustle and bustle of the town the room was nice and clean and we were provided with a fan as the weather was warm the staff were very friendly and there if needed i would deff stay again top marks guys.
    "Prem inn stay"
Room was great and Melissa on reception was really helpful. Hotel was great value for money as booked at very short notice
    "Tired, noisy and definitely mediocre."
We stayed for 3 nights as a break. Was it ok? Yes I suppose so. It was what it was. The room was ok, bed was comfortable but the traffic noise was constant. Couldn’t close the window because it was too hot, no A/C, not that it would have done much good because the window didn’t close properly anyway. We opted for the meal deal and ate at the adjacent Beefeater restaurant. Breakfast was quite good but better quality products would improve it greatly, the sausages were quite strange, looked good but lacked taste or texture. Dinner was only average. I cannot point to anything and say that was wrong or not good enough but it was just ok. Not a place I would choose to to eat at again. Service in the restaurant was, again, ok. It was slow, sporadic and a bit slapdash but generally ok. As with this type of establishment staffing was at a minimum but they seemed to cope. The same goes for the hotel itself. The staff were ok, they did nothing wrong but I felt like I was someone to be tolerated rather than a paying customer. Not a happy workforce? Would I come back? No. Would I recommend the hotel? No. Was anything specifically wrong with the place? No. The place needs facelift and a shake up. The days of mediocrity should be, hopefully, over.
