"Brands Hatch Stay ruined by Hotel & Restaurant."
We requested room service. We only received clean towels.
What failed to occur: both bins emptied—no; bed tidied—no; cups and spoons used for three days—unchanged.
We might as well have asked reception for clean towels. Requesting full service was a waste of time.
Meal deal not great at all.
It used to be but what used to be the beefeater now is nothing. It is soulless, with no atmosphere.
The food that’s served is just very basic. We have stayed here for several years now and use it as a base for Brands Hatch but no more. There’s no way you can spend all day out and then come back and sit and have a meal that you served up last Thursday. I had a burger and to be honest I’d have got fed better at Macdonald’s or Burger King.
The only draught beers I could get were Guinness or Coors.
We had to find alternative restaurants for Friday and Saturday night.
The breakfast wasn’t much better to get a proper breakfast with everything on our plates would have been impossible. All I could get was 2 sausages and bacon. There was nothing else ready.
Hardly any bread
Coffee machine not have enough coffee beans in even after she filled up with half a bag of beans.
You had one young girl doing everything which I felt sorry for her.
The only time we saw anyone else was when an alarm went off two people came in had a look then left whilst this one girl was having to deal with everything.
Not good at all evening and morning.
If you carry on like this it’s not just the restaurant you will lose you will lose the hotel because people will not stay there.
The bookings were lower than in previous years has in the past this weekend has been rammed and this year the amount of space in the car park etc was take your pick. Also when you drive into the car park the hotel etc was so dark. Not a great experience.

"Dinner from hell"
Absolutely do not eat dinner here , it doesn't arrive for up to two hours. Not just us but everyone else too. People were leaving and getting refunds and sending food back. They ran out of most alcohol too. Faulty towers would do better.

"Choose somewhere else"
We've been going to this hotel for over 10 years when the bikes are on at Brands Hatch, its been going downhill each year but this year it was horrendous. We had a meal deal booked for each night, went for dinner the first night, We didn't eat anything, the nachos were out of a bag thrown on a plate with some cold salsa and jalopenos, the pasta bolognaise was crispy from being microwaved for too long. There was no beer available the only option was guiness and they charged us £1.50 extra as that wasn't part of the meal deal, it wasn't our fault there was no beer! As soon as we left the restaurant we went to reception and asked for a refund on our meal deals, they said they would sort it, by the time we checked out on Monday, it still wasn't sorted and I've had to raise a case with guest relations. The staff are miserable. Usually on a race weekend you can't move for guests, this year there were a handful of cars in the car park yet we still had to pay for parking. The car park was full of litter and the building looks derelict, if you drove past you would think the hotel had closed down. Even the bed was uncomfortable, we've never had a bad nights sleep in a premier inn bed but this one had a huge dip in the middle. I can't see this hotel being open in a years time.

"Extremely Bad! Never Again!!"
Location out the way but ok for our needs.
Atmosphere very poor due to lack of drinks available and very poor food quality and service.
Room good normal premier inn room.
Value Room good,
Food & drink, Food was a joke bad wrong orders being delivered to table when right order arrived it was cold and over cooked, unbeatable as think it had been well over cooked and lack of drinks as in no tap alcoholic and running out of bottled drinks. Bar staff had no idea what they were doing but I put that down to not being trained not their fault.
Service was erratic and bad 15-20 wait at the bar for putting drink and food orders in as they only had 1 till, 3 staff behind the bar but they had no idea what they were doing. We felt sorry for them as they have clearly been thrown into the deep end without proper training or preparation.
This was our 4th stay at this hotel and by far the worst. There are 8 of us that will not be back again.
Kate the manager was very professional in dealing with all the issues but most were out of her control it’s down to Whitbread sorting out training and food and drink supplies.

"Don’t bother staying here!"
Don’t bother staying here. On arrival all computers were down and couldn’t check in. Very embarrassing for the staff. Despite the website advertising the hotel has a restaurant and bar so wouldn’t bother banking on eating or drinking here. They used to have a Beefeater but the owners of Premier Inn have closed them all. Very reduced menu, the bar had no drinks on pump only a few bottles and they sold out of them quickly due to the number of work men who stay in this hotel. So if we asked for a refund on the meal deal. The fact the lady on reception asked if we wanted to book a table for dinner was a joke, there was no dinner to be had! I felt very sorry for the staff at this hotel, the business is clearly going through some tough times and it’s showing to guests. Do yourselves a favour and book into a Travelodge. I wouldn’t be surprised if this hotel doesn’t close completely in the coming weeks. Not a good look at all for Premier Inn and it’s not as if they have reduced the room rates to compensate for the restaurant/bar situation!
