"Great stay"
I saw the previous reviews and honestly I was a bit worried about this hotel, but I was extremely impressed with everything. The reception staff amazing, the room was spotless and the air con in our room was working. We are looking forward to our next stay
"Premier Plus Premier Inn"
I decided to book a premier plus room. The room itself is lovely, well worth the extra money, with a walk in shower, a coffee machine and a fridge. you also get access to the premium wi-fi. The only thin was is the bed was quite uncomftable and soft ( i have a premier inn bed bought from their site at home and it was no way as good as that ) The bar is understaffed, with only one server all the time I was there ( 4 nights ) the restaurant however serves good food and seems to have more staff attending to it. Check in is easy and the staff on the reception are lovely. I did do breakfast for one day and although the cooked brekkie is fab, they had run out of bread and pastries and only 1 coffee machine worked ( the other one had run out of milk as well ) Plenty of car parking spaces are available ( no EV chargers though ) but the hotel really suffers from bad traffic problems getting to it as its bang on the M25 turn off and traffic is an absolute nightmare. I heard a number of people moan about the traffic. ( apparently according to some of the staff it is getting sorted but not for another 4 years !! ) That alone is one thing that will make me think twice about booking again. With a few minor touches, this premier inn could be excellent. I have stayed at many and I would still say this is one of the best i have stayed at though despite any faults. THE TRAFFIC IS A NIGHTMARE
"Stop off on route to Brighton"
Having read some of the reviews for this hotel before staying here I was not quite sure what to expect. Some of the recent reviews were pretty scathing, mainly due to the lack of air conditioning during the recent heat waves, which I can understand. However it feels right to level the scales a touch, my stay was everything I have come to expect from a Premiere Inn. Reception was friendly, no issues, room was clean and tidy. If anything I think they went to far the other way with the air-conditioning meaning the room was a little chilly when I first arrived. Restaurant was busy, but then it was a Friday night, but the service was friendly and the food was tasty. All in all a nice stay and certainly none of the issue raised by recent reviews.

Firstly the staff are absolutely brilliant!! Roxana couldn't do enough to help, rooms are clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend and stay again
