"Close to Brands Hatch"
We stayed at this Premier Inn when we were in the area for an event at Brands Hatch. The location was great - not far from BH and also close to other things like Bluewater Shopping Centre and the Nickelodeon Adventure. We upgraded to a Premier Plus room which was well-worth it. Really spacious and we liked the addition of the coffee machine and fridge. Bed was super comfy, as it always is in a Premier Inn. There was plenty of parking, breakfast was great and the staff were really nice and friendly. All-in-all a great experience. We will stay again!
"Best Premier Inn I have been in"
Staff lovely. I stay in Premier Inns every week with work all over the UK. This is by far the best one I have been in. (Standard room) My room was huge, clean and it is the first one which has cold air coming out of the ceiling fan. They are usually appalling or you get a dirty standalone fan which on a hot day does nothing. Plug sockets next to the bed, most just have USB’s so when you have multiple devices to plug in it’s a nightmare. I travel with an extension lead now.
"Torturous stay"
A truly awful ordeal and complete joke of a stay. All lifts were broken I was out on the 3rd floor and had to walk up and down repeatly. The premier plus room I paid extra for was marketed to have air conditioning which it did not and the room was extremely hot. Thermostat was set to “19°.” Complained repeatedly that the room was too hot and staff informed me that the system is set to auto, they switched to manual and set to 19° which was the lowest setting. The room temperature stayed the same throughout my stay. I was provided with a fan which just moved the hot air around the room. Simply opening the window would have solved this issue but all the windows were sealed shut. There was no ventilation in the room and the heated bathroom mirror stayed on throughout the stay only adding to the heat. A true awful experience. I dread to think how hot the room will get during the height of summer. I will not be coming back to premier inn. Travelodge at least had windows that opened and ventilated the room. Animals have better living conditions and I paid a premium for an upgraded room.
"Below expectations Experience"
Want to share some feedback and seek explanation and support - 1. Lifts out of order with no prior intimation - would nit have booked had I known about it as wanted to make it perfect stay for my son 2. Breakfast on Day 2 - Was told most of the menu items had run out when we reached Would had appreciated you would have helped make the experience as I expected.
"Thank - you so much!!"
The check in& out staff was lovely, i was gifted some some really lovely biscuits on arrival, I felt I was able to take part in the raffle aswell, I was able to try the biscuits with a cup of tea,, the guy apologised for long check in but was completely my fault, the check in& out staff also offered to help me with the luggage,, the TV was already on with Naked attraction.. which was funny,, the new menu at the Beef eater next door looks something to look forward to trying, the hotel was dressed with lots of lovely Easter decorations, I did notice an advert for the new Wales premier inn dressed up for the Gavin& Stacey finally, with a name change, Nessa working there& all the attractions The reason why it wasn't a 10 was because.. we were woken up suddenly by head housekeeper with the red hair at 10.00am hammering on our door.. then hammered again before check out.. there arnt many stores on the business park& have to drive to get there, if your coming from out of town there is the Dartford toll charge, if you are arriving with Uber make sure you've only got the exact money in your acc, so they don't charge you wait fees& whatever else they make up, the lift still wasnt working the next day unfortunately
