Chargeable off-site parking is available nearby at Chester Street car park (IM1 2PQ), Monday-Friday is £6.80 for 10 hours, Saturday all day parking is £2.70, Sunday all day parking is £2.00 and free on bank holidays. Please note parking is pay and display. Alternative, chargeable off-site parking is available at Shaw's Brow car park (IM1 2EL), payment is charged when leaving the car park, ANPR cameras are in operation. Up to 10 hours are £6.80, over 10 hours is £6.90 - Sunday all day £2.00 - Off-Peak periods between (18:00 - 08:00) are 90p per hour, with a maximum charge of £2.70. Both car park operates 24/7 and are operated by the Douglas Borough Council.

Great location, its a short walk from the ferry port. It is in the town centre which is ideal.
The staff where very friendly on arrival we were told that our room would be cleaned if requested during our 4 day stay.
The room was okay, the windows don't open at all, which i don't really like as I like fresh air. Instead the room had air conditioning.
The double bed was too singles fitted together, this created a ridge and the mattresses were different heights.
We had booked breakfast, they had a good choice of food. The staff were always helpful attentive.
I'd stay again due to location although I feel our room needed some attention. Afew marks on the paintwork and marks on the bathroom floor.

"Premier Inn normally ultra consistent, not this time"
I stayed at the Premier Inn in Douglas where I have stayed before, and also I stayed at another Premier Inn the following night. One of the selling points of Premier Inn is the consistent standards but the duvet had what looked like a blood mark on it. And the pillows were very flat, as if they had been used for so long that they had been compacted. I arrived late so just got on with it. Another small matter was I got charged an additional £1 when I arrived for which the staff could not explain. The staff were very friendly when this happened and when I arrived, so no reflection on them.

"A fantastic time!"
Great location only a short walk from the ferry, with bus, tram and steam train stops (and the Manx museum) all in walking distance.
The team were absolutely brilliant and made us feel extremely welcome. We stayed for 3 nights and can’t wait to return, having had a fantastic time!
Special thanks to Charlotte and John and for taking such good care of us - our little boy was made to feel like royalty and loved every minute (so much so, he kept asking to stop sight seeing so we could go back to the hotel!)
We have fallen in love with the Island and are already planning our next adventure!
