"Generally good but breakfast quality requires improvement."
Very clean comfortable room and professional front of house staff.
Great location and parking.
Breakfast not good, out of 3 only 1 was up to standard, manager having to show chef how to cook scrambled eggs!

Greeted really well, checking in great, but lack of service personnel with 2 people doing everything… Menu was good but one again execution wasn’t, food was below par, and am sure the chef is trying hard with limited resources,
preheated & dry food food(tasted that way)

Easy to find, friendly welcome on arrival, room clean and tidy
Reserved table for dinner , staff Darren & Leon were very efficient, cheerful even thou they were very busy running the restaurant and front desk and only see 1 lady cook who food was excellent the best we have had in a premier inn (which we have stayed in a lot )

We had a lovely stay, very happy with the service we received from Sophia and Stephen. They could not do enough for us as they were rushed off there feet.
Big shout out to the lovely chef Prica who was so happy to cook m done eggs . Thank you 🤩

"Not a pleaseant or restful stay"
Location is great as family living nearby. Room appeared clean and tidy but very basic. Beds not comfortable as we'd stayed previously and this time i brought my own mattress topper!. Not really value for money as no cheaper than a b&b in area. Reception staff friendly when they're there, but noone around in the late evening. Noise level was terrible as our room was above the kitchen and the noise of the fans kept us awake for 3 nights inspite of purchasing ear plugs we could still hear the droning of the fans. These rooms should not be used for guests.
