"Think twice if room 118 is given to you...."
Food not great.
Staff need some training.
Rooms need attention.
Disabled toilet door never locked or should I say just broken and not usable

"Friendly staff I’ve ever experienced"
I’ve stayed at many Premier inns over the years but have to say this was by far my favourite. As for most Premier Inns it met all the usual expectations. Soft beds, clean rooms etc. However, what made this exceptional was the staff- every single member of staff was friendly, smiling and accommodating from the waiter in the restaurant, the lady making eggs and breakfast in the morning and all the housekeeping staff that you passed in the corridor.
Although this was a work trip, I came away feeling relaxed and content just based on the whole atmosphere of this particular Premier and thank you to allof the staff
