"No ventilation - stifling hot room"
Hotel was clean. Unable to open the window more than 2 inches, so zero ventilation on one of the hottest nights of the year. A fan was supplied, but it just circulated hot air. Vacated the room at 02:30 to go and sleep in the car, as it was 10 degrees cooler outside.

"It's OK"
We stopped here as it was close to the station to travel into London, it's only a 10 minute walk to the station. From the outside the hotel looked very run down, the adjoining pub was closed and was not inviting at all as that is closest to the road.
The hotel was very busy and quite understaffed in my opinion.
The room was standard premier inn, but the aircon was broken and the TV kept truing itself on and off in the night.
The hotel was good value and clean.
I would stop again if the price was right, but this was not up to the usual experience I have had staying at premier inns in the past

"Great stay"
The hotel was very easy to find, not really near anything walking distance. Had to check in on the computer as no one there to greet you. The room was clean even though the bathroom needed some renovation in my opinion. Bed was comfiest I've slept in, pillows were great. I felt there was a lack of staff in the restaurant, not so much in the morning though. Breakfast really nice, you will not leave hungry.

"Think twice if room 118 is given to you...."
Food not great.
Staff need some training.
Rooms need attention.
Disabled toilet door never locked or should I say just broken and not usable
Noisey extractor fan in bathroom never fixed
