    "Not good at all. Avoid."
Thought I would give this Premier Inn another try , after a bad experience a few years back, but in fact it has got worse!!! When checking in, I was put miles away in the Hotel and only to discover that my card was not letting me into my room! This took three attempts to recitify making me feel like I had done a couple of marathons to just put my luggage down. When I got in the room, the bath was dirty and when I complained, it looked like I was not being taken seriously. The food was ok, but seemed limited for the prices. There is a massive lack of staff presence when you need one and if you like a beer or two, forget this place as the bar was extremely limited - even with what they advertised! Towards the end of the night, rubbish seemed to be everywhere in the "Social" (which to a certain degree is understandable) but as I walked the miles back to my room, the corridors where littered with bags and things that people had put outside their rooms (Lack of room service I'm guessing) Sound was coming from I think rooms above, and this dragged out into the early hours. When I asked for the manager "Darren", when management was finally around in the day, I complained about my stay, but was offered no compensation or anything and to be frank, it appeared my complaints were not hitting home with very basic responses. Such a shame that my end of my stay this weekend literally left me not waiting to go back to any kind of Premier inn.
"Room fine, meets minimum needs, but staffing issues"
The room and car park were adequate.checkin was easy. The social restaurant/food had ok menu but very limited quality but the management really need to look at staffing- unsure how they expect a hotel to be managed and to run hotel check-in, kitchen and a half full restaurant on 3 staff in total (switching between roles). Really Surprised the delays weren't longer. It looks like they really need to consider backup staffing (to cover any absence, assuming that was the cause) and authorising available staff to discount/compensate customers left waiting or having issues (thankfully mine weren't as bad as they could have been). If the hotel can't be staffed as fully as needed then the rooms probably can't be allowed to be fully booked/filled.
    "Another lovely stay."
Sofie was fab, a warm welcome on reception and then super helpful and friendly during our evening meal. Room good as usual from Premier Inn. 2nd twin bed was very hard tho! Good location , very quiet.
    "Customer service"
Sofie has been so helpful. Everytime i wanted a drink she has been great. Excellent customer service & polite. Food service had been prompt and on time (nice and hot).
    "Good price, good staff"
Fairly priced rooms, food pretty good. Not enough staff on during the first night in The Social and took a long time to get served. Second night was much better, made even more enjoyable due to the fun-natured Darren.
