    "Good value for the cost"
    Read reviews before we arrived and felt apprehensive but we had a brilliant 3 night stay, room was good, basic what you’d expect, good night sleep, breakfast was good, buffet style but food was good edible no complaints at all ok tables were in need of change but that didn’t alter the food, get what you pay for, overall, don’t know what people want for the money, you get what you pay for

    one of the worst Premier Inns i visited. I know premier inns are going down recently but this is so bad. had breakfast for 4 days, the coffee machine was broken, the staff were so busy, check inns had to wait 20 mins

    Fantastic and quick service. Room was clean and tidy for us arriving and overall stay was relaxing and comfortable. Great for anyone visiting WB Studio.

    We picked the hotel to be close to the Harry Potter Studio Tour. The stay was the perfect start to the trip. The staff were so friendly and helped to start the wizarding celebrations by giving our kids wands when we checked in. Special mention to Nutan too for helping me set up the breakfast area for a birthday surprise for my son.

    Nice friendly staff, good place to say. Toilet was a bit worn but clean. Ideal for a small family and easy to get from here to other places around the city.
