    "Disappointed"
Would I recommend this Premier Inn.... No definitely not, cannot think of one good thing to say about this place. Shame really as Premier Inn has some very good hotels but this is not one of them. Would not let me leave a review with zero stars.
    "Best experience ever"
Best experience staff was amazing especially Caroline so help full would definitely stay again keep it up hope the staff never changes
    "Avoid"
Staff very helpful, but the rooms are very disappointing. As soon as I walked in the room had to get cleaner to change a chair that was in the room due white marks slashed up the back of it.The walls looked as if something had been spilled down them and just left, not cleaned off,the sealant around the bath was yellow and mouldy. There was yellow marks and dried blood stains on the duvet. The whole room just felt dirty the same as the other room we had on the same booking. The entrance had a very strong smell of cannabis all day and night also in restaurant attached, we waited over one and half hour for food, then only half the guests got there food had another 20 mins for the rest of guests to get there’s. Really would not stay here again
"Save your money and stay somewhere else."
Awful place to stay. Beds unmade, rooms poorly lit and stiflingly hot. You have to pay to park and it's outside a noisy pub full of drunken arguments that drag into the wee small hours. No staff available to discuss your stay with. Save your money and go somewhere else. Awful, wouldn't recommend one bit.
    "Disappointing 2 night stay."
We booked a 2 night stay 27/8 - 28/8 as we had tickets for Coldplay. But decided prior to booking we’d spend an extra night and visit London. This is a great hotel as far as location is concerned as it is only 15 minutes from the underground to London. This was the only positive. On arrival, it’s fair to say both receptionists were far from friendly. We witnessed one pulling faces behind a customers back. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children. The room was a standard room with a single bed and what can only be described as a camp bed. Not great. Surely there are bigger rooms to cater for extra beds? Well on entering there were 2 stand up fans on full blast. We were to understand why these were on later. On arrival back from the concert, very tired, we went to bed. Sleep wasn’t on the agenda, as the room was like a furnace. The, what seemed like Temu fans were useless. None of us could sleep due to the sweltering conditions. This was the same night 2. Breakfast was standard, although pastries were lacking, no pain au chocolat’s. Were told none left, however there were none on both mornings. Don’t believe there were any in the first place. Croissants were hard. Felt sorry for staff as only 2 people on. Clearly understaffed. Would we stay again. Not until air con installed.
