    "Rooms are unbearably hot"
The rooms where unbearably hot even with the window open to as far as it’s allowed and the 1 fan supplied spent our time in the lobby or bar as they had air conditioning

Lovely hotel. Very clean and friendly obliging staff. The food was good and nicely cooked. One evening we were very late but the staff were still happy to make us dinner. The only criticism I have is that the rooms don’t have air con so were excessively hot. It was like walking into a sauna. The window was open and a fan had been placed in the room but it was still ridiculously hot. This meant that we just couldn’t sleep and sweated all night. Definitely would not recommend going in the summer unless you’ve just returned from 40degree heat. Sadly not up to premier inn Standard.
    "Disgrace"
Absolutely terrible hotel arrived and with a moment entered into a room smelt cigarette smoke had to go downstairs and speak to the front desk in order to change rooms only to walk into another room whereby there is no air conditioning torn lace on the window. Absolute disgrace this is not Premier standard you better upgrade the facility ASAP and we will never be staying here ever again and I suggest no one else does.
    "Sleeping in a sauna"
The hotel and room was lovely. Very clean, good amenities, very close to local supermarket (5 minute walk), super duper comfy bed, good car park and very nice and helpful staff. The only downside is during the summer sleeping in this room will feel like you are receiving a full body massage in hell from the prince of darkness himself. I discovered the bath is very deep due to me needing to have 2 (yes 2!) Cold baths in one evening just to cope after Satan's gentle caress. The windows barely open, no AC and no fans. At one point I swear the bed also started sweating. I would highly recommend staying here as it is fantastic value for money, however if you're not in the mood to dally with the devil, bring a fan with you in the summer!
"Disappointing visit, not what I expected by comparison to the wonderful experience offered in the TV advertising"
TV advertises a wonderful experience which was not found in my stay. The bed and pillows were fine, unfortunately the maintenance of the room was sadly lacking. 2 unusable cups with 2 dirty teaspoons, broken bedside lamp, possibly with live wires, broken USB point, loose HDMI cable ,although TV worked. Bathroom showed damage to bath and sink, which did not distract from personal grooming.
