"Disgusting Hotel"
Where do I start? For roughly £150 a night, I would give this hotel a 0 out of 10! I usually stay at the Premier Inn Rickmansworth for business each week but the location is usually fully booked and to be fair not that great either. The situation in the kitchen and breakfast is horrible. I was present when the Asian chef last week was arguing with the white English colleague who i believe works at the bar. The argument took place in front of the paying customers. Then this week the chef was a no show and left the poor lad having to make breakfast. The next day the chef was again a no show. The welcoming lady who asked for room numbers turned out to be the temporary chef. Premier inn- are these poor individuals trained to be chefs and have they undertaken all the necessary safety training? Then the poor Spanish lady had to come in during her day off to sort out your mess. Totally unacceptable from a major corporation. My pillows were in horrendous condition. Under the cover, they were dark brown from people's sweat. The parking area is always full of rubbish and I saw rats running about. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been and will definitely tell HR from my company to remove you from places to stay.

"Brilliant"
I'm a regular guest at Croxley and I have to say that after the refurbishment it is really lovely to stay here. New rooms and some with air co make it even more pleasant to stay .
Reception team very welcoming and supportive

"Recent stay"
I had a really pleasant stay at this Premier Inn and would happily return. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well organised. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and quietly located, which made for an excellent night’s sleep — the bed really does live up to the Premier Inn reputation.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, always happy to answer questions and help. The hotel itself is well maintained and conveniently located, making it ideal whether you’re travelling for work or leisure.
Overall, this was exactly what you want from a Premier Inn: comfortable, affordable, and reliable with great service. Highly recommended.

"A decent hotel aware from the hustle & bustle"
Myself, my Son and two friend booked two twin rooms for an overnight stay as we were travelling to Wembley the next day to watch our football team. We were given a friendly welcome by the receptionist and found our rooms to be very clean and tidy. The food for evening meal and breakfast were good. The hotel is around a 20 minute walk to the Watford tube station. I would recommend this hotel if travelling into London but prefer to stay away from the city.

"Last resort only !"
Only reason gets above one star is because the receptionist was very nice and helpful refunding breakfast and early check in as didn’t use. Beds are worn in so if you have a bad back these will only aggravate injuries further. Shower head didn’t properly work and was either really hot or cold. Breakfast - just don’t bother. We went down at 8:40 am for brekkie - cold and dry breakfast items when arrived and when staff said off to refill trays they came back 10 mins later and turned off the heat lamps and told us no hot food available, no milk for cereal and only few continental items available. If desperate and need a place come but make sure your driving as no food places around area
