"Good location for transport but very run down hotel, only good thing was the breakfast"
Location was good to jump on the train at watford junction about 15 minute walk.
The room was very run down and the bed sheets has stains all over them, the bathroom was the worst it was dirty and looked like it had multiple floods as all the wood was rotten, the sink drain was full of hair and dirt.
The stairs to each floor were run down and in some places dangerous as the plastic was loose on the steps there were stains all over the carpets in multiple areas.

The value for money was incredible. Considering it’s in London we paid a really good price. We were provided with a spacious and extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom was decently sized. The room was extremely clean and cozy.

"Do not stay on a warm sunny day"
First premier inn I have stayed in with no aircon conditioning. When we arrived the thermostat was reading 34 degrees in the room it was disgusting. Was given 2 fans however they had been wired into the wall so you could not move them. Staff were friendly and helpful but would not stay there on a warm day.

Hotel is need of modernisation, the facilities are not in par with other Premier Inn experiences. I would choose alterntive hotels within the area for the price.
