"Can't really open widows, turns room into an oven"
Rooms get dangerously hot while being unable to open windows far enough to cool it down (for "safety reasons", there's a device preventing normal opening of the window). The room thermostat (for heating only) read 28.5C indoors at 10pm while the outdoor temperature was reading 17C (!). This was after over 2 hours of having the window open all five inches or so you're given. The forecasted high for this day was 23C. Especially with small children, it was a completely miserable experience... would highly recommend not booking if you're attending in summer. And this is coming from a person who grew up in a place with regular 35C-40C summer days.
I don't expect every place to have AC, but if you aren't going to have air conditioning, people, you need to be able to open windows.
Room is fine enough otherwise, likely no issues in winter.

"No A/C!"
The hotel has no air conditioning. This may not be relevant for your stay but during mine the room was 30c plus!
The fan provided was inadequate and wired into wall so couldn't move It closer to the bed. It didn't feel safe to have guests in such rooms without any air conditioning. Such a disappointment.
Staff on check out was kind and comped our parking as he was aware how hot rooms are.
The lobby and entrance are Air-conditioned so maybe sleep there!?

"Too hot!"
Great location, easy walk to the train station for the train to Wembley for a gig. Hottest day of the year and no air conditioning so had very broken sleep in a 32 degree room on the third floor. Room was clean and the staff did what they could although if I hadn’t have had a few drinks I would have driven home through the night than stay in the room.

"Do not stay here during a heatwave!"
Just back from a 3 night stay. I booked almost a year ago when we got tickets for Wembley. I knew it had no air con when booking but did not anticipate the heatwave or how hot it would be in the room and corridors.
Fans were provided in the room but did little but push hot air around! The window opens a touch which helps slightly but air con units would have been much better.
It was not a good stay.
Can't fault the staff. They were extremely apologetic.
The hotel is in a great location. We went to Wembley for 2 nights in a row and got the train from Watford High Street to Wembley Central and back again after concert without any issues. Good location for travel further out. Huge Tesco across the road and Watford Town centre a short walk away.
I'd stay again...in winter!

"Does What it Says on the Tin"
Perfect. Exactly what I expeected and hoped for. Room ready and spotless, good bathroom, everything worked. Fast check in.
Breakfast was Premier Inn standard. Plenty of choice, all hot and fresh looking. As much as you want.
