    "Seeing london"
    We came to visit london and my daughter. We stay here for 1 night and it was very nice the restaurant is in the hotel the room was nice and clean and very good size and the staff are oh so nice and friendly i really liked the hotel thank you

    Great location for the town centre and train in to London, little bit close to the busy railway line, but it wasn't too bad

    Location is close to the town. On arrival the outside of the property needs cleaning. The bins at the entrance were overflowing. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Disabled toilet in the bar/restaurant area was dreadful - old dust on the soap dispenser, clearly not been cleaned/replenished in a very long time. Toilet had faeces stains inside the pan, urine staines over the seat and the bin was overflowing (same as the outside of the property). We chose not to eat in this establishment having seen this. Bedrooms were fine. Bed was comfortable as always and room seemed to be in line with usual Premier Inns. Outside the property on the street alongside the hotel, there were two rats loitering, which confirmed that bins were attracting these. This needs to be addressed immediately.

    I stayed with my two small children to visit friends who live close by to the hotel. Good free parking on site is a bonus. Really warm welcome from the staff. The bedroom set up of small beds was great for the children. Compact room design, but fine for us. We always love staying in Premier Inns because of the comfortable beds and breakfast. However, on this occasion the main double bed mattress was very uncomfortable, with a hard pillow. I'd heard that the newest Premier Inn mattress upgrades are not as comfy, and this was certainly not the usual comfort. Also barely slept due to a very noisy family room above who seemed to be running about all night. Not a fault of the hotel, however rooms are not very soundproof.
