Ware hotel

Car park spacious and free for premier inn guests overnight Hotel itself probably one of the most unclean premier inns I have stayed in. Shower and toilet definitely hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Hoovering in the bedroom also looked like it hadn’t been done properly in some time, especially around the skirting boards. Checked in at nighttime so only had one experience with staff member, wasn’t anything to write home about, don’t even think we got a hello after being on the road for 12 hours.

Stayed here for one night and overall it was a solid experience. The room itself was clean and comfortable, no complaints there. Breakfast was good too, though worth noting it's charged separately from the room rate, so factor that into your budget if you're planning to eat in. A couple of things knocked it down from a 5. There were no toiletries provided, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, so come prepared if you need those. Also the bathroom extractor fan wasn't working, which meant the mirror steamed up completely after every shower and took a while to clear. Small thing, but annoying when you're trying to get ready in the morning. Would still stay again, just wanted to flag these for anyone booking.

Excellent location and Atmosphere. Room is very clean. Enjoyed the stay.

I visited the hotel with family and met Sarah at the reception on arrival. She welcomed us with a very beautiful smile and she was very helpful throughout the check in process. Will definitely come back because of her smile and good customer service.

Its been very inconvenient being put out of my home due to burst water mains and we have been put into the Premier Inn in ware Hertfordshire i have dealing with different staff members but today 2nd of June I met a young lady on reception and she was so so helpful patient and went out of her way to help me with the smallest thing. Hanna was her name xxx
