"Disgusting"

Arrived at Premier Inn Ware only to find the toilet like this 🤢 reception unhelpful saying I have to leave my room for half hour due to COVID before they can clean it. Where do I go? Reception not willing to offer a discount or refund. No other rooms available to move to. So will have to clean the toilet myself. Reception Not even willing to give me cleaning items to clean the toilet. During my conversation the staff member said I’m finishing now so you will have to speak to my colleague. The lady I spoke to must have been a manager as not wearing uniform, was rude and was raising her voice at me. So much for rigorous cleaning as stated in the leaflet on my arrival. Disgusting standards.

Staff very [leasant. Up to Premier Inn standard. Have stayed in many. The only gripe was they never leave enough tea/coffee or milks , when staying for 2 days and there are 2 of you 1 tea and 1 coffee each is not enough... however we did ask for more at reception and we were given a bag with plenty in

The room was very clean, staff helpful and if we needed anything changed or replaced this was done very quickly. The layout of the reception area complete with sanitizers was good, plenty of signs explaining the rules to be followed whilst in the hotel. The only disappointment was the Beefeater next door, the meals we had there were not very good, the fillet steak I had was gristly and tough, my wife's chicken was very watery. We tried the nachos next time and these were not nachos but cut up tortilla, overall not good experiences.

Generallly good place to stay friendly and helpful staff. Nice food in restaurant. The only problem was that we had no toilet paper in room, went to reception and staff very helpful and came up to show how toilet paper gets put into dispenser.

Only stayed the one night, receptionist was friendly and helpful, advising on the covid procedure when asked, great shower after a hard day, slept like a log and woke to a huge breakfast served by a lovely young lady who looked after us with a smile.
