"Sarah is a star 💯"
I visited the hotel with family and met Sarah at the reception on arrival. She welcomed us with a very beautiful smile and she was very helpful throughout the check in process. Will definitely come back because of her smile and good customer service.

"Good experience (Hanna)"
Its been very inconvenient being put out of my home due to burst water mains and we have been put into the Premier Inn in ware Hertfordshire i have dealing with different staff members but today 2nd of June I met a young lady on reception and she was so so helpful patient and went out of her way to help me with the smallest thing. Hanna was her name xxx

"Very Handy for Ware Crematorium."
Which is why we were there. Last came to Ware late 1950's
Had not planned to check in at 11.55pm, but delayed by Sister in Law being discharged from hospital.
Had trouble raising the Night Manager. Once in and the A/C got the room temperature down we were O. K. (ambient temperature still high 20's)
Breakfsst at Beefeater just fine - a Premier Inn Breakfast in a different building.

"May Review"
Stayed for a night over the bank holiday weekend! Friendly staff at check in and out. Plenty of tea and coffee and room spotlessly clean! Cannot fault it!

"Disgusting smelt of cannabis !"
We arrived late in the evening and were immediately disappointed to find that our room had clearly been “hot boxed” – the smell of cannabis was extremely strong and unpleasant. It was obvious the room hadn’t been properly checked before we arrived.
We asked to be moved and, after some delay, were told we could change rooms. However, we were then informed that our son (who is 14 but already 6ft 1) would have to sleep on a mattress on the floor, which is completely inappropriate. After some chaotic back-and-forth, staff eventually brought in a proper bed, but the room felt very cramped as a result.
The following day, the hallway also smelled strongly of weed. Staff repeatedly blamed builders, but regardless of the cause, housekeeping should be identifying and addressing this before guests arrive. Our original room had very obviously just been smoked in, which is unacceptable.
We also found the female receptionist to be quite rude and unhelpful during the situation.
To their credit, we were eventually given a 50% refund for our stay. We regularly use Premier Inn for convenient overnight stays due to our children’s sports commitments, but based on this experience, we would not recommend this particular location.
