The hotel itself is a little tired but we couldn't fault the cleanliness. Good choice at breakfast but the thing that stands out here is the staff! Every single one went out of their way to see that we had everything we wanted with friendliness and a smile. Special mention for Tara and Kenzie. Thanks again.

"Not a great experience"
All fine until we got blocked in by Premier Inn's delivery truck. When my wife asked the staff to see if they could speak to the driver they said he would be in and out...20 mins later we we're still waiting to leave and the staff abandoned the front desk so they didn't have to apologise again.

One of the best Premier Inn’s I’ve stayed in if not the best. Everywhere is spotlessly clean with friendly staff and good service.
Really can’t fault it.
