Wow! What an amazing team of people, after a very traumatic time for my family, I can’t praise the staff enough for their caring and compassionate group of people. The breakfast was amazing, and a drink at the end of night. The room has everything we needed. Situated right near the hospital which helped us immensely. It was the staff that did it for us, I would like to thank Tara, Jax,Lucy and Sharon you made a bad time a lot easier to deal with .

"A typical premier inn stay"
Nice clean and tidy hotel with friendly staff. However we arrived to find the lift and air con weren’t working.
We didn’t need the lift luckily but the room was like a sauna. A tiny little fan had been placed at the end of the bed, which didn’t oscillate so unless you were stood in front of it then there was no benefit at all.
We stayed on one of the hottest weekends of the year so far too.
The hotel should have sent a message in advance warning of this as we were travelling from London to Newcastle and this was a stop over so we could have looked for a different hotel to stay in.
As it was, we just spent a really uncomfortable night slowly baking away with no sleep
