    "Really good, friendly, hardworking staff."
    Super friendly staff especially Alexia. She always greets you with a huge smile no matter how busy she is. A great little worker. Keep up the good work. All the best, Spencer & Dexter (the Jack Russell).

    I enjoyed my stay, staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. Great value for money.

    Needed somewhere to stay at short notice and even though was more expensive than we needed it to be we stayed here due to premier inn having a 12pm check-out time

    Went here last week for my mums birthday. Was welcomed by Tara on the front desk with a lovely smile and welcome as always. The staff knew it was my mums birthday and went above to make her birthday and stay amazing. We always come to this hotel when we come to stevenage to vist family. The whole staff are like family/ friends now. The breakfast is nice cooked by a lovely lady cheff( sorry did not catch her name). But all the staff here are lovely and chatty. Tara and her team is what makes this hotel great they work so hard and always friendly with a chat and a smile. Sharon , Lewis, alexia jax, Kian we have already booked another stay.

    Don't let elephants stay in the rooms above, and maybe have someone on the desk thought the night to be able to say something too. Also considering the outside temperature was only 20 degrees I'm shocked that out room in the early hours of the morning was still 30.5 degrees even with the fan provided that was insanely hot for a hotel, both my daughter and I were unable sleep, and I imagine the people above as well, hence the continual footsteps. if the widows could be opened further that 2 inches that may have helped. I understand safety but that's bloody ridiculous. Also no extractor fan working in the bathroom meant that the whole place was just a sauna that could not be cooled or dehumidified. However the beds are very very comfortable, the staff when available are always polite. breakfast was tasty as usual and excellent choice and kept topped up. I'd stay again if I was guaranteed no one above, and better ventilation.
