"Good location - poor food"
The room was mostly clean but the towels had long black hairs on. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was ok, i had to send my chicken burger back as it smelled awful and was slimy then opted for pork ribs, this took half an hour to arrive but was ok once it arrived

"Better than usual for Premier Inn"
Excellent stay at this Premier Inn. I stay at a lot of Premier Inn and this has been the b3st so far. A special mention to Lucy who has been outstanding in reception and also on the bar / restaurant.

"Fabulous staff"
We've stayed in lots of Premier Inns and have been rather disillusioned of late. Hence our surprise at recent stay. Staff were amazing and went out of their way to be helpful. Food was really good and plenty of it. Even more surprising rooms actually had soft pillows which is becoming a rarity. Well done!

Nice easy location off the A1(M). Friendly staff, good free car parking, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. Thank you. We will definately stay again when visiting family.
