"10/10 breakfast experience!"
Fantastic breakfast experience - first class service from Jacqui who went above and beyond to cater for an allergy (coeliac). Food cooked separately, cutlery and utensils provided straight from the dishwasher so no contact with buffet allergens, and all done with a smile. A comfortable, relaxed experience which is often not the case with an allergy - very impressed.

Stayed at this hotel for a football match this weekend and to see family in the area. Easy access to Stevenage old town for lots of nice pubs & restaurants and great location for trips into London, just 30mins on the train.

Great stay for a football match in London this weekend. Easy location for access to London via train. Comfortable rooms, plenty of room and comfy bed. Sharron in the restaurant was really friendly and Tara check us in very quickly giving us a nice quiet room as requested. Will stay again soon

Stayed at the Stevenage North hotel this weekend with my husband for a weekend with family. Nice clean hotel, comfortable room and great breakfast. Lovely service from Tara the hotel manager at check in and Sharron at breakfast. Thanks for a lovely stay
