"JUST DONT DO IT, SAVE YOUR MONEY"
12 June 2026 2 nights
2 adults
2 kids.
7 hours motoway journey in traffic, checked in at 11pm. Lady gave us room card
Room right next to lift but so tired went to bed asap. 2 adults up all night, lift was having a party, cotton wool in ears. Went to reception for room change next day but no one at reception. Stayed 2 nights and the only time we saw someone behind reception was at check in. In over 50 hours we saw a person for 5 min on check in only. Went to reception a few times to complain no one there.
How can u get ready in a nice dress n heals for theatre and meal and come out the room stinking of fags,
Room old, dirty and bathroom stank of fags, ripped light shades, dirty carpet.
next day went to reception to ask for room change but no one there .
we got ready, but it was a case of feeling dirty as we dressed for day out and wiping our feet on way out.
1 adult 2 kids went for breakfast, just dont bother.
1 adult can't eat early
Breakfast buffet or help yourself I dont think so. Got there sat down looked about, hot food trays half full, ok that's ok.
Let's help ourselves,
No crumpets
No bread
No bananas
No yoghurts
List goes on
Had to ask staff for them, as shelfs empty apart from half full hot trays.
Each time they went out back and bought us on a plate
, 3 crumpets,
3 slices of bread
3 bananas.
Appalling service.
Out of jam.
The are counting and giving u items according to how many of you there is.
30 min b4 closing a table of peoppke csne in,staff went over and said, I will take your food order as we not filling up agsin. This is not what is advertised and payed for.
Cut backs to the extreme.
Imagine if under cover boss went it!.
Do not advertise a buffet if not full up and provided.
We did not stroll in for breakfast 30 min before closing.
This was 90 minutes before closing.
I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Geat location and very clean. Staff were very helpful especially when we our car wouldn't start and had to wait all day they extended our room check out, gave us coffee and sweets for the kids.
Great value for money and beds in rooms very comfy.
Much appreciated.
Thanks again Tara and the team. See you soon.

"Perfect place to stay, lovely bed great breakfast !! Great Staff !!"
Highly recommended, staff amazing, breakfast enjoyable, cooked to order. Free parking easy to register car. We arrived at 3am after an early morning arrival into Luton Airport and were checked in with ease (a lovely gentleman receptionist came when pressing the door bell). Bed was gorgeous as per usual for a Premier Inn. Would definitely book this hotel again.
