    "Kerri genuinely made a crap day good. Can I ask much more?"
    As it goes my day on the 10th September had been a memorable one for all the wrong reasons, to sum it up I'd had a less than ok day (I'd use profanity here but it's not allowed) day. I turned up at the Stevenage Premier Inn not expecting much in all honesty, I was there for one night, I wanted to turn up, check-in and get some sleep. I was greeted effervescently at the front desk by Kerri, she was absolutely delightful. It's rare to come across someone who can instantly lift a mood and provide a ray of sunshine on a dark day, but you have that person in Kerri. She absolutely changed my mood around, by the time I'd reached my room I'd already decided that happy hour was the thing to do, almost entirely just to see if Kerri was still has delightful on the next trip to the bar / front desk. I couldn't believe the level of customer service I was receiving. She was and she continued to be throughout the evening. You have a good one in Kerri and please recognise that, as I said it's rare. I stay in the area maybe once every few months and will switch my normal habits to staying here because of her. Well done Kerry and I hope to see you again.

    The atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff were very helpful especially Hayley willing to help me get around as I had a foot injury. The food was great and hit the spot.

    Stayed here previously, & wouldn't stay anywhere else in Stevenage. Hotel is reasonable priced but it's not about that, it's the staff that make it.leeann & her team go above & beyond & are always friendly & checking everything is OK with your stay. Hayley is an absolute asset to the hotel.what a lovely,chatty friendly girl she is,a star 🌟. Thank you for a lovely stay & il be visiting again in the near future. X

    Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, like nowhere I've stayed before...and I travel a lot for work. In fact, I've just booked in again last minute and got a very warm welcome.
