"Premier inn stay cation"
Our server Nahal was fantastic from the moment we checked into tea asking about our allergies, my son is egg and dairy and her attention to detail and menu options was very impressive!the food was lovely and service 😀 she was a delight and very patient -thankyou 😍
"Great fast friendly service"
Great fast friendly service with good food good menu choice with something for everyone excellent service I will be back for sure
"Bad start to my stay but saved by fantastic customer service"
I checked into the hotel on a Sunday afternoon and was allocated room 121. Upon entering the room I noticed the towel rails in the bathroom were absent and the wall had not been made good. It looked awful. There was no toilet paper in the holder. This room is on the first floor facing the ugly inner courtyard, no view, limited daylight and resembled a cell. As a solo traveller it was all too much. At this point I returned to reception and asked to be moved as the room was not to standard I expect from a Premier Inn. Aman on reception was very understanding and spent time trying to find me an alternative room. He went out of his way to find me a different room. I could then relax and enjoy my stay. I think the hotel is currently undergoing a refurb, needed, and there were less rooms available then usual. As a solo traveller my room is really important to me. Thank you Aman for all your help.
"Leisure."
We enjoyed our short stay very much. Our Premium Plus room was of a high standard, comfortable bed, very clean and lots of extras. All the staff were very helpful, a special mention and thanks to Nahal and Adam.
"Slightly tired and cut back but staff friendly. overall"
Great location. Hotel quite tired, quite a few maintenance issues. Minimum everything - staff, tea bags, soap, towels, glasses, no soap in downstairs toilets. Breakfast not worth cost in last 30 mins of service. Staff helpful but sparse. Parking expensive. 1 of 2 lifts not working. Room cards frustratingly needed reset late at night. Hospitality is hard at the moment, I feel fir them. I would go again but would look at other options too.
