"Overall my stay was good. more attention needed for general cleaning e.g. large tea stains on the walls in the bedroom."
The hotel was quiet and the bed was good for a good nights sleep. The room itself was tidy and adequate for my stay. However the walls in the room were very grubby with large tea/coffee stains. I think more attention needs to be taken when cleaning. I stayed in the room 2 nights. Room 313.
"Few days away"
Not the best check-in. Took very long, besides there was none else waiting. Card didn't work. Cooked breakfast wasn't available which we paid for, because the chef didn't turn up. But hotel was clean, quiet, comfy beds.

Brilliant service from the staff from when I entered. Extremely quick to respond when I locked myself out. Very clean and comfortable room. Great amenities.
"Disappointed"
I was a little disappointed with the appearance and cleanliness of the room which I did not expect from Premier Inn. The bathroom was immaculate but for a disabled guest.
"One amazing star in a chaotic world"
The first room I had smelled of weed but the chap on reception was very helpful and changed my room immediately I complained. The restaurant was chaos and the food took so long to arrive. The one saving factor was Nahal who was behind the bar, checking in visitors on reception and bringing the food out. She was so busy and rescued the kitchen massively and was the one chasing the kitchen for customer meals. Without her I would have asked for my money back (meal deal) and gone somewhere else. One person running reception, bar and being a KP is madness. Thank goodness for Nahal
