There is no on-site parking available at this hotel. Chargeable off-site parking is available at Drovers Way NCP (AL3 5BH) Monday- Saturday up to 6:30pm at £2.10 per hour or £17.50 for 24 hours. Monday-Sunday 6:30pm to 10:00pm £2.00 per hour. Parking is £2.50 all day Sunday and on Bank Holidays."

"Staff at stalbans city centre went above and veyond"
An amazing hotel where the staff made it the best experience ,it was our golden wedding celebration at a local venue and Tara and callum made it so special ,Callum welcomed us and went above and beyond with his friendly and empathic way ,Tara made sure we had such a special time with chocs and bubbly in our room .we go to the stalbans city premier inn a lot when we are visiting our home town .its simply the best !
"Good value hotel with easy access to tourist sites."
Well located at the top of the town within 15 minute walk of Cathedral and Verulamium Park and Museum. Friendly and helpful staff. Automatic check in desks weren’t working but staff were in hand. Our room was clean and tidy but the shower head would only let out a dribble. However we were given another room which was absolutely fine. Good air conditioning and blackout curtains ensured a good nights sleep. Breakfast was buffet style but I was able to get GF toast and GF cereal and soya milk were on offer. All in all good value for money.
"Callum the manager is lovely"
Premier inn St Albans is the best! Callum and Nabs looked after me all night long. There wasn’t a problem at all, they had everything covered. They were so busy but still made time to talk to me. It was so nice of them to make an effort for me.
"Shower broken"
Reported shower head broken on first day of our3 days there stil not fixed on leaving. Never had to put a bad review before.
"Very Poor Value for Money"
Staff are lovely and really helpful. However that's the only positive thing about this Premier Inn. The place is very shabby and outdated. The room and bathroom just feel quite dingy and not at all worth the price paid (£286 for 2 nights mid-week - unfortunately I had no other options). Dynamic pricing is clearly getting a little out of hand.
