      "Hotel om dont bother with resturant"
      As expected nothing outstanding no ac but last minute you get what you can hotel ok beefeater service was appauling arrive at 6.55 for 7 was. Sat down and they took drink order it arrives at 7.35 main was ordered and almost thrown on table as staff were busydue yo being understaffed asked to see desert menu and for another pint 8.35 no dign of pint or menu decoded to call it a day very weak appology for wait if this is the standard of things to come its hardly supprising there being shut all over the place no enthusiasm
      "Nice hotel"
      The hotel and its overall atmosphere were excellent! Despite having the fans on and the curtains closed, the room was too hot to get a good night’s sleep. Nevertheless, I would still rate my stay as very good. Unfortunately, the customer service in the restaurant was not very satisfactory. It took quite a long time to place and receive our order.
      "A typical Premier Inn with extremely friendly & helpful staff"
      I have been staying at this Premier Inn for a number of years now as it's the hotel chain I selected for our company to use for all UK travel. You are always guaranteed an extremely comfortable bed and there's a restaurant on site with a lovely outdoor eating area. The staff at this particular Premier Inn are always very friendly and helpful - you are always greeted with a bright and cheery "Good morning" every morning.
      "Perfect getaway"
      Lovely set hotel, very peaceful despite being close to the motorway. The staff here are absolutely fantastic, friendly and very attentive. Bad points, no aircon so the room was quite warm but a fan was put in which was a nice gesture. The restaurant next door wasn’t great either, long waits and no buffet style breakfast. We would definitely return but would eat elsewhere.

      We had a very pleasant stay at Premier Inn Bricket Wood. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, which is ideal for relaxing. Both the rooms and the entire hotel were very clean and well-maintained. The interiors are neat, functional, and comfortable – perfect for either a short stay or a longer visit. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The ladies on the morning shift were cheerful and friendly, which really put us in a good mood for the day. The lady at check-in was extremely helpful and professional, and the whole process was smooth and welcoming. This is definitely a place we would gladly return to and highly recommend to others!
