      "Great customer service"
I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, but what made the experience truly memorable was the reception team in the morning. There were two beautiful ladies at the front desk who greeted every guest with a warm smile and kind words. Their friendly attitude and professional service made mornings feel extra welcoming and set a great tone for the day. It’s always refreshing to see staff who genuinely enjoy what they do and care about making guests feel at home. A big thank you to the morning reception team—you made a great impression!
      "Everything was excellent"
My stay at Premier Inn Bricket Wood was very pleasant. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for a relaxing rest. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful – it’s clear that they genuinely care about the comfort of their guests.
      "Don’t use the restaurant"
Restaurant was absolutely awful! Service poor and food availability was disgusting. Twenty minutes after ordering the main meal was told the chicken skewers were not available! Second choice smothered chicken arrived missing salad and coleslaw and was told they had run out. The starters was over cooked and the desert of apple and blackberry crumble was actually spiced plum and apple crumble.
"Very let down by the breakfast....."
Claire in reception is great - nothing is too much trouble. When we arrived the housekeeper was just going off "for a fag break" and had "a stinking cold". Lovely. The rooms were fine, bed comfy. Cleanliness fine. Breakfast. Well! No one to greet us when we arrived, no clue where to go. Found the 'continental breakfast' area but no hot food. We weren't aware that it's a table service. Two staff on: one cook, one server who eventually emerged. Very pleasant though I have to say. Food was extremely average. Veggie sausages looked like they'd been driven over; poached eggs were slimy; I had to cover everything in black pepper to gain any taste. Oh dear. When we stay again we'll be getting sandwiches for the room.
      "St Albans Trip"
Hotel clean & friendly. Ideally located for our trip. Pub for food isn't great, breakfast wasn't best quality. Along with some items missing. Only catered for guests & not public. I'd not book food next time I stay. Looks like pub is closing down.
