Great stay, one of the best premier inn

We had a great stay, the location was good, about 5 minutes walk to the shops and weatherspoons and 10-15 walk to the metropolitan line into London. Parking at the hotel was easy with a small charge as you arrive payable at the machine near the entrance . Reception was clean and tidy and the Atmosphere was nice and friendly & the Staff were extremely helpful , everyone we spoke to either on the phone or at the hotel couldn’t do enough for you with a special mention to Ben and the team who were a credit to the hotel. Rooms were comfortable we had good night sleep , shower was good and rooms were clean. For the location and our experience we will definitely return as we had a really nice stay .. Thank you

We have stayed here on more than one occasion as it is convenient to visit family. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean, but sadly the beds are like concrete and the advertised power showers are not much more than a dribble. The outside is let down by the old flower borders being used as an ashtray and rarely cleaned. The bin outside is usually overflowing too. Such a shame that these details cannot be sorted out, even though we have reviewed and mentioned it to staff and e- mailed Premier inn more than once !

Polite and professional staff, spotlessly clean rooms, reception and bar area. Good food with a varied menu, fast service even though they were quite busy.

Conveniently located Inn with own car park, easy to reach high street and train station. Self check in was quick and easy and the room clean and quiet. Good range of options for breakfast and friendly staff made this a comfortable one night stay. You know what you’re getting with a premier inn and can’t beat it for convenience.
