      "Great Location and Good Food"
      Hotel was a good convenient location for a wedding I was attending. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was really nice lots of variety and selection of various hot and cold foods. I met Chandra at breakfast and he was very helpful and polite. Dinner was really good too I opted for the Steak and Ale pie which i really enjoyed and my husband had a hamburger. Chefs did a very good job it didn't take too long to arrive and was hot and fresh.
      "Good stop-of point"
      Ideal location for night stop over before visiting "The Big Smoke" tomorrow. Staff friendly food very good. Building seems a bit tired and car park needs tidying up. Rooms clean, good Aircon and facilities ok. Handy to have more coffee, tea etc available at reception as similar establishments don't provide enough.
      "Enjoyable experience."
      Could not fault our stay at this hotel. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The accessible room with wet room was very clean and tidy. Our bed was very comfortable. My wife and I both enjoyed our meals in the restaurant. There was a good selection on the menu. I recommend the burgers.
      "Lovely break away, clean and lovely staff"
      Nothing was too much trouble, although we would have preferred a walk in shower due to age but probably my fault; I thought I'd booked one. My husband is a coeliac and the dining room staff couldn't have been better. They gave him a gluten free menu, made sure the cutlery was washed and given to him directly, gluten free bread brought to the table and gluten free musli given to him wrapped up.
      "Needs improving"
      Great location for what we wanted at a reasonable price, parking is an additional cost! The cleanliness really needs improving, there were stains and marks everywhere in my room and someone’s used water bottle under the bed (room 2). Not only that but there were moths too. The only reason I didn’t complain was it was a quick stay and honestly both times I had a minute to talk to someone at reception no one was there. The staff I did happen to see during the stay though were friendly.
