    "Friends stay"
Customer service there is 10/10, visited due to some friends actually staying in premiere inn and we went to the bar for a drink. I got a little lost as I didn't know the area and a young gentleman (i believe he's called Ednilson quite tall and handsome) helped me find the area I required and made me feel much more at ease due to the anxiety I was feeling that day. For this reason alone I would definitely recommend booking a night here due to the kindness and service from the staff.
    "Unpleasant surprise in our room"
Breakfast great Staff great Parking great Shame about the room. A very unpleasant surprise found by our eldest son under the bed following check-in. Someone’s obviously forgotten to take all of their personal belongings with them. THE ROOM should have been checked and cleaned properly upon arrival. Rooms 103, 105 Shared the same floor as a school trip and they disrupted our sleep. Constantly knocking on doors, running from the night porter/staff. Our room was right next to the entrance to this floor so the main door here was frequently banging being opened with children running everywhere. Many sat outside of their rooms on the floor making noise, chatting and running up and down. Not a great stay this time round. Very poor.
    "Definitely coming back..."
This Premier Inn is located bordering London and also very close to a motorway, without any of the noise and commotion. That is a service station very close by providing access to a lot of shops and food varieties. The breakfast at the Premier Inn was really good and the best thing was that the food was always readily available unlike some other establishments and even other Premier Inns. The staff are efficient and so check-in and checkout was painless. There is adequate parking, though chargeable and the building those slightly dated, inside, is maintained well and the rooms are spacious and clean.
"Great on the skirts of London hotel stay"
On arrival plenty of parking round the back of hotel and another entrance to reception. Parking was about £8.50 for 18 hours . Note if you go inside and use the machine inside there is a code for a discount, don’t know how much discount as we’d already paid when we saw the parking pay as you go signs. Terminals to self check in and it produces your room card key. All very simple though staff was on hand if you preferred. We didn’t book the restaurant for the evening but wa a no problem in getting a table. Food your very average pub fare and there was a bar happy hour 7-8pm on certain drinks. 2 for 1 . Rooms basic with tea and coffee and spare tea coffee & milk in reception if needed to top up and lemon water. There are also snack and drink machines with a good selection but you are right next to Potters Bar services if you need anything. Great location for outside London with easy access. Beds are super comfy , it was hot so we used the air con , which worked well A little noisy but they always are . The shower was great and there is a powerful hairdryer in the room too. Short on proper plug sockets , next to beds are USB sockets but they were a bit temperamental with our phone chargers . We got the room at a great rate . Skipped the breakfast but would def stay there again in route to London or even visiting in and out of London . We had to get to Hackney the next day on a Saturday , M25 was grid locked so went the suburb route and took us about an hour . Don’t be put off by the grubby facade when you arrive ( in need of a good lick of paint) . Great overnight stay at a great price and reception, bar and restaurant staff all lovely . Also check out is 12 midday which is great.
