Myself, wife and 3 month old baby in the area for a funeral. Booked for 3 nights, ordered a cot.
Arrived at 4pm spent 5 minutes waiting to see if the room was ready. Spent the time paying £27.20 for parking for 4 days.
Advised the room was ready.
Despite the vast majority of rooms being on the ground floor and seeing we had ordered a cot, watching us walk in with more baggage than Julia Robert’s on a shopping spree and a 99 percentile baby in a car seat, we were given a room down a flight of stairs (with no lift) .
There was no cot in the room.
And only one towel between the three of us.
This was rectified really quickly, but the mattress of the cot was not existent and not fit for a dog, let alone a baby. We used our freshly delivered towels to create our own mattress for the baby.
Im a huge fan of Premier Inns, they are easily my preferred hotel chain when travelling around the Uk, but sadly this was the most disappointing experience we’ve experienced in one of their hotels.
Staff were all very polite and helpful but let down by process, policies and equipment.

A very good welcome by staff and very helpful when needed.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We had a good one night stay.

Looks a bit shabby outside but inside is pleasant. Comfortable room and good facilities. Just one poor note there was not the advertised pastry’s for breakfast.
