    "Friend trip"
    I have visited my friends and I stayed at the hotel its a old building but the rooms are nice and clean the staff is great and welcoming it was a nice experience

    The hotel itself looks very old and in need of renovation but the customer service and rooms were excellent. They were clean and the noise levels were very comfortable. Similarly, the food was delicious especially the buffet breakfast. I would definitely come again!
    "Could do better"
    I arrived with a large suitcase and kindly requested a room close to the entrance or at least one with easy access, avoiding staircases. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem interested in listening to my request, which was quite disappointing. During breakfast, I mentioned my allergy to beef and pork and asked if it was possible to get some chicken sausages or an alternative — but they had nothing else to offer. Finally, since I’m checking out early in the morning, I asked if they could arrange a small packed breakfast or even just some fruit by 6am. That too was simply declined without any consideration. It’s disheartening when such basic requests are not met, especially when they could have made a big difference to the comfort of my stay.

    Brilliant hotel to stay at very good customer service friendly, especially Freddy who went above great 100% customer service arrive slightly early let me check in free with no early, charge, as I have stayed here a few times he didn't charge me for parking 100% great custome service.
    "Looks nothing like the advertised pictures"
    Upon arrival at the hotel, we were shocked to see the state of the place, what a dump. Scruffy, old, dirty, morbid, not sure how the hotel management see this as acceptable. No manicured lawns, lol not even close. It looks as though it used to be a hotel but closed down decades ago. Upon arrival to our room, it looked like a sparse hospital room and the bed looked like someone had been laid to rest on there. Certainly doesn't look like a hotel, where's the furniture? The room was so depressing, filthy stained carpets, curtains were hanging off the windows, Shower screen was gross. Cigarette butts everywhere outside, broken paviers everywhere. I didn't want to sleep there and never would again.
