    Great location by the M25 . Ample Parking . Reception Quick check in .Rooms Very Lean and Comfortable. Huge Restaurant and Bar area. Breakfast and Dinner Superb. Staff Across the Board Absolutely Amazing, can’t do enough for you. I would like to give a Special mention for Edd the bar tender who was so polite and friendly and made my stay so relaxing. Thanks Edd . Overall a Great Place to stay ! I Most Definitely will be staying again ! Thanks All for Making my stay so Pleasurable ! 👍👍👍

    Visited the Premier Inn to meet family for a short stay. Karen on reception was really welcoming and couldn’t be more helpful. Spent the evening at the bar where Ed was serving us all night, who was professional and friendly throughout. The rooms were also very clean and in good condition. A great stay, would highly recommend the service here.

    The staff were all very helpful, room was clean and comfortable. But the actual booking experience fell far short. When you book they will send you the phone number of the hotel, and an email address. If you have a special request regarding your booking, don't bother with either. Nobody will answer the telephone, and the email will not be responded to. I was trying to contact the hotel to ask for a room fairly near the entrance and on the ground floor, as I had a lot of baggage to bring in. I tried for 4 days to contact the hotel, without any luck. In the event I was given a room on the first floor and at the far end of the corridor, so about as far from the entrance as possible. Two out of three of the automatic check-in screens were out of order (I didn't actually need these but it doesn't create a good impression.) As an experiment, I stood at the reception and called the number which was given as the contact for reception. No phone rang, and nobody responded. And if you are calling from an 0871 number you will be charged 13p a minute for waiting. As I said at the start, I can' t fault the room or the staff, but the company needs to get their act together.
