Good location just off the M25 and A1, with ample paid parking. All the usual PI amenities but the decor is very tired. Breakfast offer was average. Felt soulless and unloved. I'm glad I was only here 1 night!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The family room was spacious and very comfortable.
A special thank you to Muhammad at the reception. He was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. His excellent service made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
Although the hotel doesn’t have a lift, it wasn’t a problem because you can easily access the hotel from the rear entrance, so there’s no need to carry your luggage up the stairs.
