    "Short staffed slow service"
    The waiter Blaise was very helpful and made we were kept updated because our order for food took so long and apologized because thry didn’t have chicken left for the mixed grill . He also helped my disabled husband get back in his wheelchair. Very impressed
    "Comfy stay"
    I had a pleasant stay here. The room was comfy and I had a good night’s sleep. Great mattress! It’s a bit of a hike from the station, but a bus stops outside. I was kept awake by someone’s air con at one point, but that’s all.

    Great service by Blaise but sorry I couldn’t leave a tip by card . Have left a tip on the table but it’s hard now as we had very little cash on us

    "Serious security issues!"
    Nice hotel in great location for elstree studio. Visiting with my vulnerable disabled daughter so you can imagine how scared we were when someone walked into our room first thing in the morning! Still in bed after being woken by lots of concert goers we was then woken by the cleaner entering our room without knocking. She did apologise but this is absolutely unacceptable. Spoke with management and put in as formal complaint but not had response a week later.
