"Staff shortages"
Stayed overnight on 18th Oct. The establishment was clearly under staffed for the number guests residing on a Saturday night. The staff did their best to accommodate guests, but there were long delays in the restaurant. We witnessed staff being verbally abused by some guests because of these delays. The staff should be commended on their professionalism when dealing with these situations. The management need to look at their resource planning to prevent good staff being subjected to this type of abuse.

"Reasonable price.spacious rooms, clean."
Spacious room, clean, perfect big bed, good bed linen. Very good lightening in bedroom and bathroom
No wc brush and no toothbrush glass in bathroom..
I prefer normal shower, therewas just overhead fixed shower.
No refrigerator in room.
Variety of food for breakfast could be better-no cheese, no ham, only one type of bread. .
Stuff is very very profesdional, helpful in what they can provide . Especially guy that was ah check in and out, Tobi, Tobbe.. Smtng.
For price I assume this is standard

"Great breakfast & helpful staff."
Very friendly and helpful staff. The manager Blaise was particularly helpful and welcoming. Their unlimited breakfast is very good and affordable.

"Look elsewhere"
Key card didn’t work, the shower leaked all over the floor, the sink was blocked and unusable, the curtains were broken, the hairdryer was broken and didn’t work and the floor was full of sticky bits.
The restaurant had no chips, which we were only told about upon ordering and he wouldn’t reduce the price or replace them with anything else. The breakfast was minimal but ok.
Worst Premier Inn we have stayed in. Look elsewhere.

"Good stay, great location for Strictly!"
My Mum and I stayed at this hotel, as we were attending Strictly Come Dancing Live show at Elstree studios on a Saturday night in October. We needed to be at Elstree studios between 3-4pm on Saturday, so we opted for an early check-in at 11am, it cost an extra £15 but it was well worth it. We drove so we were impressed with the large car park, it cost £9 to park for 1 night, which we thought that was reasonable and we paid after we checked out. The entrance is small and has electronic screens to check-in, they were experiencing a few tech issues that day, but there was a member of staff in the reception/lobby to help. Our room was on the 4th floor on the side of the car park, which we were glad of, as it was not noisy at all. The rooms were clean and modern and extremely spacious. I think the hotel is relatively new, which explains why nothing looked worn. There was a large full length mirror in the room, an eye level one, good for hair or make-up. There was also a good sized mirror in the bathroom. My only criticism about the room was they only initially provided 1 bath towel even though our room was booked for 2 people. Also the hotel rooms never seem to have a tissue box, so I would suggest this would be a nice touch. Also the sink was rather small and it would have been good to have more space for beauty products, which was not above the toilet, I didn't use the area above the toilet as I didn't want any of my products to fall in, in the end I left them all on the desk in the room, The desk was very large so made a great make-up table. Also heating was not that effective. Breakfast the next morning was quite basic and not piping hot. All in all it's one of the more expensive Premier Inn's, due to its location, but overall it was good, with just a little room for improvement. For those staying due to attending Strictly Come Dancing Live Show, it's about a 20 minute walk to the studios and the high street and train station is 20-30 minutes walk, but we just took an Uber to both the studios and high street. There's also a Lidle and a Tesco near Elstree Studios and Sainsbury's local on the high street, good to know if you wanted to buy sandwiches, snacks before the show. Would also recommend Paolo's restaurant opposite Sainsbury's on the high street. We went for lunch there around 12pm (we pre-booked) and returned to the hotel by 2pm, so we were ready to leave for Strictly by 3pm.
