London Elstree / Borehamwood hotel

We stayed here for 8 nights from Australia to visit family. From the moment we were checked in by the super friendly and helpful Germaine we continued to be impressed by all aspects of this hotel. Our room was huge - we had two large suitcases open and there was still plenty of room to move around. The room was spotlessly clean and I was happy to see an equally clean bathroom with a very deep bath with unlimited boiling hot water. The shower head was also very strong and hot. We asked for extra towels which were given to us immediately. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing - massive selection in both the continental and the cooked breakfast - and often free chocolate bars and juice in the lobby. We also enjoyed the homely atmosphere of the bar and restaurant on site . We were very happy with all aspects of our lovely stay here and will not hesitate to book again - thankyou to all the staff at Borehamwood Premier Inn for our perfect hotel stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Elstree/Borehamwood! The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, with a special mention to Lana from the night team she was absolutely fabulous! The housekeeping team were also lovely, always saying good morning and happy to help if I needed anything. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the price was very reasonable for such a convenient location. It was right across the street from the studio I was working at, with a Lidl just a 5 minute walk away and a bus stop only a minute from the hotel for easy access to the city centre. Overall, a great experience and I’d happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Had a lively breakfast, the team was excellent especially the manager. Very helpful and you can see the reflection on the lady on breakfast. Would definitely cone here again

Usual good bed and cleanliness from Premier Inn. But for breakfast only options for hot drinks were Americano, espresso or double espresso - really poor. Additionally, as paying hotel guests being charged for parking was not right, and it wasn't cheap.

We stayed here around 5 years ago and when we returned during Easter we do not hesitate to book again. The transport into London on the 107 bus then Thameslink is fairly straight forward. However, the site has deteriorated significantly since our last visit. The bedroom, bathroom and restaurant are in need of renovation. We stayed in 321. Peeling surface on desk in room, stains on side of bed, delaminated bath panel, ripped towel and a loose toilet seat. The restaurant is looking grubby with stains on walls, missing curtains, scruffy blinds to cover breakfast bar and peeling decal on windows. Food was reasonable quality and a good price with meal deal. I would question the freshness of black pudding which seemed to look progressively drier over the 4 days we stayed. Saving grace for our stay was the professionalism and politeness of staff. They really did work hard under pressure and always greeted us with a smile.
