This is my local Premier Inn. I live in Borehamwood but have health issues so have been coming here most mornings for breakfast, since November of last year. It's a very relaxed vibe & a very warm welcome from everyone that works here especially Maria, Jermaine, Frank & Bonti. It's become like family!!! Food is fabulous & such great value. Always puts a spring in my step coming here & such a great start to my day đ€©

"Great location but let down by customer service."
Great location, tired rooms, some excellent staff and some rude.
Car parking is an issue.
Air con did not work very well so a poor night's sleep and only one bath towel was provided for two visitors. No one on duty to request a second towel during our two night stay.

We stayed here for 8 nights from Australia to visit family. From the moment we were checked in by the super friendly and helpful Germaine we continued to be impressed by all aspects of this hotel. Our room was huge - we had two large suitcases open and there was still plenty of room to move around. The room was spotlessly clean and I was happy to see an equally clean bathroom with a very deep bath with unlimited boiling hot water. The shower head was also very strong and hot. We asked for extra towels which were given to us immediately. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing - massive selection in both the continental and the cooked breakfast - and often free chocolate bars and juice in the lobby. We also enjoyed the homely atmosphere of the bar and restaurant on site . We were very happy with all aspects of our lovely stay here and will not hesitate to book again - thankyou to all the staff at Borehamwood Premier Inn for our perfect hotel stay.
