Very poor. Was trying to call multiple times, was only AI, no reception. When I went there there was no staff so I left. My dad stayed for 4 nights, again no reception staff, machine for check in like in Mcdonald which also didn't work so had to come down and wait for reception staff. Room was only good thing about stay.

The room was clean and the guy at the breakfast counter was very helpful and nice,
The only downside was wifi didnt work at the 5th floor.
