    "Solid sheets on arrival !"
    Big brown stains on bed sheets we arrived very late and went to bed, next morning we realised how bad the sheets where. We complained about sheets and the staff delt with it while we out that's not the point when you pay £200 for room you don't expect to have sheets bedding stained like that. I stayed here few times and this is the only time you had issues like this !
    "Disappointed to warm up food"
    This place is a really nice relaxing place good prices but I cant believe they won't warm up food for an 8 year old child that doesnt eat anything I've been coming to this hotel for 4 years and they denied to warm up my daughters food there for she won't eat I see this really wrong as shes a kid not an adult who suffers to eat

    The service was pretty good, area nice and clean and the staff were very polite. I would recommend coming here again with family

    Fine for a stopover. Staff very helpful and very friendly. Room is comfortable. Breakfast was OK. The chairs though were dirty and needed a clean, menus and tables felt bit sticky. Parking fee has increased since last time.
