"Breakfast with a Smile!"
The Lady on Reception (Aideen) is a credit to Premier Inns. . I have stayed here many times due to family illness and Aideen has been so helpful and always has a happy smile for everybody. She was fab at handling any questions etc.
Rooms are good and very comfy beds. Shower powerful. Very clean hotel. Quiet.
Lovely Restaurant/Bar to relax, eat , drink, Everything in walking distance, Shops, Pubs etc

Only one towel between 2 people. Shower pressure very low. Breakfast was absolutely dire. Cooked breakfast was undercooked. The bread for toast was yesterday's and dry. Butter was left was yesterday and melted to almost liquid.

"Brilliant , adorable hotel in the middle of lovely Letchworth"
Not the first time we stayed at the Premier inn Letchworth and it did not disappoint. Hotel is clean , rooms are of a good size , extremely comfortable beds, staff is amazing , special shout out goes to the friendly receptionist that has a chin strap beard ( thanx for the convo and advice ) and the American chef at breakfast ..( best black pudding I've had in ages ) The location is perfectly place slap bang in the middle of town , 5 mins walk from the train station . Best Regards to you all .. your friends from Malta .

Today was my Birthday & my family took me for breakfast. I must praise Pam & Kurt's for their hard work in seeing we were well looked after. Food tasty & cooked fresh for us. No pressure on time, giving me a lovely start of the day. I will most definitely return. Thank you
