"Brilliant staff and hotel"
Arrive 15 minutes early but was greeted by a lovely lady named Pam .Who made us welcome straight away..She informed us where things were in Letchworth and how to get to them.. (We wanted to see the black squirrels that Letchworth was famous for ).Alean then checked us in as I was having problems with the modern technology..Our room was like the rest of the hotel ..spotless and cosy..we had the booked the meal deal with the room and the choice of food although limited was cooked to perfection by Stacey ..who also served us..all three women multitasked..working extremely hard..making our stay there perfect..thank - you so much..
