"Brilliant , adorable hotel in the middle of lovely Letchworth"
Not the first time we stayed at the Premier inn Letchworth and it did not disappoint. Hotel is clean , rooms are of a good size , extremely comfortable beds, staff is amazing , special shout out goes to the friendly receptionist that has a chin strap beard ( thanx for the convo and advice ) and the American chef at breakfast ..( best black pudding I've had in ages ) The location is perfectly place slap bang in the middle of town , 5 mins walk from the train station . Best Regards to you all .. your friends from Malta .

"Birthday Breakfast"
Today was my Birthday & my family took me for breakfast. I must praise Pam & Kurt's for their hard work in seeing we were well looked after. Food tasty & cooked fresh for us. No pressure on time, giving me a lovely start of the day. I will most definitely return. Thank you

"Amazing service"
We came for the breakfast as a family ( 7 of us)
We were greeted by Pam who was full of smiles. She did explain that her and the chef (Kurtis) were on their own but were still happy to help us even though they had more people booked into come.
The breakfast was cooked fresh it tasted amazing and we didn’t have to wait long at all.
Pam was very helpful even though she was on her own any questions or anything we needed she was more than happy to help.
Honestly blown away by their kindness.
Thank you both Kurtis and Pam.

"OK"
Nice budget hotel, but there are a few drawbacks. The biggest issue for me was that the windows couldn’t be opened at all. Although the hotel states that each room has air circulation, I found the air to feel stale and stuffy, which gave me a headache. I much prefer hotels where you can at least open a window slightly for fresh air.
The room was reasonably clean overall, but I found curly hairs in the bathtub, on a towel, and on the duvet, which wasn’t ideal.
Overall, it’s an average hotel and only really offers good value if you can book it at a cheap price

"Excellent stay!"
Excellent location in the town centre. Close to shops and restaurants. We arrived by train and the short walk to the hotel was very manageable for my elderly mum and her rollator.
There was a welcoming atmosphere and they were happy for us to store our luggage there before we checked in and when we checked out.
The hotel was able to provide an accessible wet room with twin beds for my mum and I. This option did not seem to be available at neighbouring premier inns.
The staff went out of their way to aid us, supplying extra towels and pillows when asked. Specifically the manager gave my mum and suitcases a lift to the train station when we checked out.
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Hotel description
Letchworth Garden City is full of character - from the 1920's Spirella Building (an old corset factory) to the quirky Letchworth Cloisters. While you're in town, browse for a bargain in Garden Square shopping centre, take the kids to meet their farmyard favorites at Standalone Farm or catch a flick at the art deco Broadway Cinema. Plus, if you fancy popping into the capital, you're just a train ride away from the bright lights of central London.
Once you've explored to your heart's content, head back to our Premier Inn Letchworth Garden City hotel for dinner in Thyme restaurant and a great night's sleep in your ultra comfortable bed.
