Letchworth Garden City hotel

Stay at the premier inn letchworth room very clean bed very comfortable cost to stay outstanding anyone could afford this staff very helpfull will be staying there again if i go to london

Looks good at first sight. Clean, plenty of room, full bathroom and staff assist with screen check-in. Staff very helpful with local advice, although not always available. Self-help to top-ups of tea, coffee, milk. A few things keep the experience from being above average, however. Bed linen (mattress protector and bottom sheet) much too small for the bed so they dislodge easily during the night. "Hot" water wasn't hot, even when tap left to run for a while. Filled the bath but water still only a bit more than body heat. No safe (I suggest this is necessary nowadays). Air con/heat control instructions bear no resemblance with the actual screen. Didn't have breakfast, so can't comment. Would I stay here again? Yes, but only because it's convenient for visiting relatives and is conveniently right in the town centre.

From the very first time we stayed at this particular PI the staff went above and beyond to welcome us, even carrying our luggage from the car to the hotel and then back to the car at the end of our stay. Such a thoughtful and much welcomed gesture. Staff here genuinely care and value their guests. Rooms are spotless with exceptionally comfortable beds. Great breakfasts! Location wise the hotel is incredibly convenient for the town. We will continue staying here monthly when we visit family in Letchworth. Thank you to everyone in the Letchworth PI … our second home!

Great location and the Staff really made it helpful and friendly the room was clean and tidy and hotel was well presented, breakfast as always was great

My stay at this hotel was absolutely superb. Perfectly located right in the heart of Letchworth Garden City, it somehow manages to combine convenience with a fresh, modern “new hotel” atmosphere that makes you feel welcome the moment you walk through the doors. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. Every single member of the team was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. That level of service is becoming increasingly rare and deserves real recognition. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally comfortable. After a long business day, sinking into one of the incredibly comfy beds was exactly what I needed. The whole hotel has a calm, relaxed feel that makes it ideal for midweek business stays, but honestly, it would be just as enjoyable for a weekend break. I stay away regularly for work and can honestly say I struggle to think of a better place to stay midweek. Highly recommended.
