Kings Langley hotel

We had a lovely experience with all staff we spoke with, they were all very friendly and attentive. Especially the young lad that checked us in, I didnt get his name, but he was very friendly and chatty, was happy to bring an iron and board to our room, where at other PI, we've had to carry them ourselves from reception, the chef Thalita, was cheerful and chatty.. She cooked one of the best cooked breakfast we've had at a PI and we've stayed in quite a few! and our breakfast host Thalles was very good with our son and happy to chat about what he wanted, help him reach stuff and was just friendly. The lobby and restaurant were clean and tidy, our only negative was our room was not as neat and clean as others we've had. The bedding and towels were clean, the surfaces cleaned but marked, bathroom clean but there were obvious coffee stains and other stains on ceiling and walls of the main room, some stains on double bed frame and stains on the bathroom walls, overall it was just a bit unkempt, could do with a lick of paint and freshen up. Bathroom fixtures were quite rusted too. Other then that all was good.

Hotel rooms were clean and beds were comfortable but the icing on the cake for me was chef Thalita Breakfast and her service which was 10/10 every morning. I would fully recommend 99.9%

Chef Thalita and Gary were brilliant and very helpful. Breakfast are clean and tidy and food fresh and tasty

Excellent location for visiting London. Great nights sleep in quiet room with really comfortable bed. All the staff were excellent, from a warm welcome at check-in to a friendly start to the day at breakfast.
