Kings Langley hotel

Refurbished room was lovely, since it had been completed, however the TV is not a smart tv, so unable to stream Netflix, Prime and the mirroring function did not work. The breakfast was great, with a good selection of items, pastries, fruit, cooked items, and breakfast staff were friendly and attentive. Nice selection of teas available at the front desk so never short in the room. Corridors are incredibly dark, with lights plugged in and sitting on radiators. Front desk was never staffed, so you always had to wait to be seen.

Been staying at Premier Inn up and down the country this week but Chef Thalia made me the best breakfast and gave me the warmest friendliest greeting, as did host Thalles. The room was pin drop quiet and all as you would hope to expect.

Our first time staying here myself and partner were amazed at the quality of the room comfortable bed lovely staff thank you everyone at premier Inn we will stay again 👍💋💋🌺💐

I had a lovely stay at Premier Inn Kings Langley. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and the staff made me feel well looked after. A special mention goes to **Marc at reception**, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful. His excellent customer service made a real difference to my stay, and he is a credit to the hotel.

Was booked here for 1 week and working nightshift, but was never told that they had builders in to refurbish the hotel. 1st day, came back to Inn from nightshift, showered and went to bed at 8am. Builders started literally as I closed my eyes. Demolition works started on the 1st floor, my room was on the ground floor directly under the works. Went to reception to ask what was all the noise! Was told that they had refurbishment works. I told them that I was night shift and needed sleep, they apologized but said that there was nothing they can do!!! I asked for a room that was not affected by the works, but receptionist said nothing was available. I needed up booking an Airbnb after 5 days… couldn’t handle the noise, vibrations and plant machinery out side the window going backwards and forwards throughout the day. Will never deal with premier inn ever again ( TV advert about good sleep a total lie! )
