Kings Langley:
A very nice experience. Staff was very friendly especially Host Gary and the Chef Thalita. Food was very tasty.
Only real criticism is the rooms can get very hot and the fans provided are powerful but when its 34 degrees they just circulate the hot air.
I enjoyed my stay and will likely stay again on my next trip.

Overall the stay was pleasant. The amenities were as expected, the rooms were clean and the bed comfy. The only considerable downside was the lack of air conditioning as we stay in a heat wave. The room was boiling despite the two fans provided.
The staff, especially in the breakfast room were amazing. They were extremely helpful and professional. As a coeliac, they catered for my needs thoroughly making me feel safe to eat. The staff even went out of their way to help my autistic daughter cooking her fresh pans chocolate croissants! Well done chef Thalia and Host Thales

Fantastic location for visiting Harry Potter. Efficient check in and good parking. Next to a Miller and Carter.
Breakfast was lovely, both days. Fast and friendly service, Host Gary and Chef Thalita were so happy and helpful.
Lovely stay, definitely recommend.

"Not good"
I booked for 2, there was only 1 mug and 1 bath towel, the curtain was lacking hooks and hanging down. The shower was slippery, no mat, A winter duvet 10.5 tog on the hottest day of the year. I complained when I checked out but found the receptionist rather nonchalant, especially when he cheerfully said the duvets have just arrived!
