Marc and Saahd ensured every aspect of my stay at the Premier Inn Kings Langley exceeded expectations. They were both extremely welcoming and helpful and I will definitely stay there again when I return for work later this year.

"Great staff but needs an update."
Been coming here for the last 15 years for work staying from 1-3 nights. The staff have always been top notch, plenty of parking available and near the Main Street for a selection of restaurants.
Only thing this place needs now is a serious update.
Showers need changing hardly any power, toilet seats loose.

Very helpful and supportive desk manager - Mark. Recognising an issue with the booking, nevertheless assisted to check my 2 children and I, on arrival late in the day. Positive, customer focused and helpful. Checking up on status re: refund etc. Thank you Mark!

Very quiet place but sometimes sounds like tapping or clicking sound evey 10mins in room bed woz dead needs new mattress worse nigth sleep ever

"Strong smell in room but good location"
The hotel is in a great location for visiting the Harry Potter Studios. Unfortunately our room had a very strong smell (cigarette smoke and/or damp/mould), so strong that even clothes that had stayed in our suitcase unworn needed washing when we got home.
