    "Disappointing"
Two night stay as a base for a concert at Wembley. It's a good location around 1 mile from the railway station. Walkable but also easy to get an Uber. We had two rooms which we felt were well below the standard you would expect from a Premier Inn. One smelt of damp from the bathroom, which affected the bedroom, even with the door closed. The other was run down with several marks and small ruts on the walls. The toilet flush button was also faulty which meant it would not always refill. As a result we switched rooms after the first night, as you could hear running water as it tried to refill. For both rooms, fans were provided as there is no air conditioning, but these had minimal effect. Opening the windows also had little impact. Staff were very friendly on reception and advised fans were provided when we checked in. We had breakfast on the second day and it was very good with a selection of hot and cold options. Staff here were also friendly and helpful. Overall we were disappointed and it is definitely in need of refurbishment including the addition of air conditioning. For what we paid we expected more given our experience of other Premier Inn locations.
"Family break ruined by unlivable room temperature"
I stay in Premier Inns weekly for work, so I know what to expect but this family stay was dreadful. Our family room with two young teens was unbearably hot, with three fans blasting and the window wide open. We still spent the night sweating, and nothing could be done. This is not acceptable. If Premier Inn can’t keep rooms at a reasonable temperature, they shouldn’t be advertising them for families. The staff were apologetic but completely powerless to help. Until this serious issue is fixed, I would strongly warn others against staying here. A very disappointing experience.
    "Needs a tidy up !!"
Been coming here for several stays over the last few years . This time we noticed how run down and dirty the outside areas were , including Miller & Carter which is adjoining the hotel . The toilet in the hotel reception was absolutely disgusting.. it was unusable due to it being in such an unhygienic condition. I did mention this to the man on reception . Room was very hot and stuffy , smelt of damp and also in the corridors. Best part was the breakfast!
    "Friendly Staff"
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The property is a little run down but generally good, the room we had was a good size. They placed us in a family room as no twins available and the sofa/bed was reasonably comfortable for 1 night. It’s nice that you are pre warned that the air conditioning is not working, and that they provide 2 fans in the room (however 1 was not really worth being on as quite weak). Parking is free on site which is a nice bonus, although if arriving late it is very dark and I feel that lighting could be something to be improved in the future. We had booked breakfast and again the staff were very nice. The food was okay, a good choice, but the temperature of the hot items let it down slightly.
"Good Location but this hotel is very run down and tired."
We chose this hotel for its good location to Harry Potter World. It quickly became apparent that the hotel is very run down and neglected, as are most 'Premier' inns of this day and age. The room door number was hanging off, the shower pulsed from hot to cold, the towels were dirty and there was no water in the reception water urn. Please see my photos attached. Its a common theme around Premier inn I've noticed and after this experience we will not consider them further. Save your money on breakfast by visiting the lovely bakery just an 8 minute walk up the road.
