Kings Langley hotel

Was booked here for 1 week and working nightshift, but was never told that they had builders in to refurbish the hotel. 1st day, came back to Inn from nightshift, showered and went to bed at 8am. Builders started literally as I closed my eyes. Demolition works started on the 1st floor, my room was on the ground floor directly under the works. Went to reception to ask what was all the noise! Was told that they had refurbishment works. I told them that I was night shift and needed sleep, they apologized but said that there was nothing they can do!!! I asked for a room that was not affected by the works, but receptionist said nothing was available. I needed up booking an Airbnb after 5 days… couldn’t handle the noise, vibrations and plant machinery out side the window going backwards and forwards throughout the day. Will never deal with premier inn ever again ( TV advert about good sleep a total lie! )

Tina on reception so helpful and courteous. Room was very nice also

Check in awful, was very unwelcoming. Lady didn't acknowledge us just shoved the key in our hand pointed to door where we had to go, no info no asking us about meals nothing. The male employee she was with was just laughing constantly which was uncomfortable, they carried on with their conversation while we were trying to check in!! Think they need re training, very RUDE. Room was ok for the one night

Stayed at Kings Langley and from arrival to departure everyone was helpful and polite. We had a lovely welcome @ reception and in the breakfast room.Particular stand out's go to the male chef Thalita and Gary. Easy parking and the room was clean as was the in itself. The chef was there ensuring that no food supplies ran low, which is a first for us.Food was well cooked and plenty to choose from. Gary was ensuring that everyone had everything they needed as well. The best Premier inn we've ever stayed in.Well done to Team Kings Langley.

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment, so we were initially worried about whether we would be able to sleep peacefully. However, everything was well managed, and the construction work only continued until around 6 p.m., so we had a comfortable and peaceful stay. A special thanks to Tina at reception, who was very helpful and made sure we had a good experience despite the ongoing refurbishment. She was friendly, professional, and provided excellent service. Overall, we had a really good stay.
