Leaking toilet, bathroom needed cleaning, chairs in breakfast room were badly stained. Room too warm.

A good value Friday stay, with a clean basic room, in a convenient location, especially for the Harry Potter experience. An overnight fire alarm was handled professionally! The breakfast room is small, so go early - but the breakfast by chef Thalita and administered by hosts Thalles and Tom was lovely.

A very nice experience. Staff was very friendly especially Host Gary and the Chef Thalita. Food was very tasty.
Only real criticism is the rooms can get very hot and the fans provided are powerful but when its 34 degrees they just circulate the hot air.
I enjoyed my stay and will likely stay again on my next trip.
